Mr. Radcliffe is a partner with DLA Piper USA, LLP. His legal practice focuses on representing companies in their intellectual property and finance matters.

Mr. Radcliffe represents both investors and startups, working with both traditional venture capitalists and corporate investors. He is the chair of the Corporate Venture Capital practice and has worked with leading corporations including Sony Corporation, Siemens Corporation, NEC, NEC Electronics and VISA. He is currently involved with more than forty startups and has previously worked with a wide variety of emerging growth companies including Netratings, SugarCRM , Cleversafe, and Magnum Semiconductor, Inc.

Mr. Radcliffe also assists clients with their intellectual property matters, with experience that spans many industries, ranging from open source to medical devices.

He holds a BS in Chemistry, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan, and a JD from Harvard Law School. The National Law Journal has named him one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in the United States, and Harvard Law School designated him a "Distinguished Alumni."
