On May 17, the world lost Gordon Bell, renowned technology pioneer and industry visionary whose seminal works have shaped generations of computer scientists and engineers and will continue to be felt by generations to come.

To us at the Bell Mason Group, Gordon was our mentor, collaborator, strategic partner, and steadfast advisor over many decades. His wide-ranging interests, curiosity, enthusiasm and continuing engagement in the advancement of computing technology and the  impact of innovation in the world never flagged. To all of us, it seemed he would be the one to live forever. We will miss him dearly.
